To all concerned about moving into Centennial ridge apartments in Roswell GA. Please do not.
Unless you like gas leaks that management will not fix, heaters and AC that do not work and most importantly hidden covenants in your lease and paperwork requiring a 60 day notification that you are leaving even if your lease ends on good terms. The termination fees are not stated on the lease so you do pay, BIG!!!!

Our experience here for 1 year as my company transfered me was a complete disaster. We had 4 gas leaks and the maintenance guy said that little leaks were ok and not a big deal. At that time we had a 2 day old in our apartment. Unbelievable! After we contacted management they did nothing. The last leak was so severe that we contacted GNG(GA Natural Gas) to fix it as our maintenance guy couldn't find a leak and blamed it on an apartment 2 stories below. The GNG guy found 2 leaks in our apartment both were enough to cause harm to infants.

On Thursday my friend's apartment in building 1800 was broken into. Around 3pm a black male wearing an FBI hat pounded on the door of the apartment. My friend was at work, but at home alone was her elderly mother. The the man pounded on the door demanding entry, saying he was with the police. When elderly woman refused to open the door the man kicked in the door and robbed the woman at gunpoint. I came home from work to find six or seven police cars in the parking lot. The police searched for several hours but never found the man.

Just taking a poll here, I know that no one wants to put up their address, but just having a general idea which area(s) the rats have infested would help...I haven't seen any around my building, but the dumpster issues are pretty disgusting and I'm not far from one of them.

Dang that is some nasty ass shit. I was going to move into those apartments until I was sitting in my man's apartment and one of those f*ers ran across my leg.. Hell no....not anymore....screw that....I'm telling everyone I know about that junk.

As the other resident has posted, I too have had a serious problem with rats the past few months. Unfortunately for me, I live on the bottom, which is easy access for these pests. It seems that they like throw parties in the wall. I've heard many scrums in the walls, and am sick of it. These rats have no fear. You can bang where you here them, and they will squeak back at you like they pay rent here. Maybe they need to. I too have resorted to poisoning as the situation continues to deteriorate. My health concerns come before the management’s unwillingness to resolve the situation. I now have seen flees in my unit and have no pets. Ever heard of bubonic plague? How about black death? It started with flees that had drunk infected rat blood and then bit humans. This is not an ancient illness, as it infects more than 3000 people a year. Mortality rate? 1%
