WHICH BUILDINGS ARE INFESTED?????

Just taking a poll here, I know that no one wants to put up their address, but just having a general idea which area(s) the rats have infested would help...I haven't seen any around my building, but the dumpster issues are pretty disgusting and I'm not far from one of them.

Thanks for creating this site! I had no idea this was going on in my community!!!

I RECEIVED THIS E-MAIL FROM A CURRENT RESIDENT WHO WISHES TO REMAIN ANONYMOUS

Subject: You rock!

I have been living in Centennial Ridge for a year now. I am just about to re-sign my lease. I signed the original lease a mere 3 days before they sold the place. Never did they tell me that they were selling the place... but whatever. The pilates and yoga classes I looked forward to were gone. In fact, when I asked the new management about them, no on in the office seemed to know they ever had them!
Once, when I locked myself out, I was told that they do not have a lockout service and that I would have to call a locksmith. How helpful.

I am one of the lucky ones (apparently) in that I don't have rats. However, I DO have neighbors right across the hall who are openly selling meth out of their apartment. The cops have been called at least 4 times that I know of and I can't tell you how many times we have called management. Nothing has EVER been done. People will come banging on their door anywhere for 12-6am. Several times someone they obviously owed money to would sit out there and bang and yell at the door until they gave him the money... that all happened from 3-4AM!!! Cops were called and the "courtesy officer" was called... but to no avail. I have had their friends get our doors mixed up and bang on my door at 4:30 in the morning... and if I don't lock the door every time I come in, they will just walk right in. Then there are the fights with their various and sundry meth-ed out girlfriends. The 5 other people who live in the apartment but aren't supposed to and the three people who spend all day on their cell phones pacing back and forth in front of the apartment. I love bringing my Mom over or someone visiting and having them have to go thru the "gang line" to get to my apartment.

But last week was the FINAL straw. I went to resign my lease and talk to management. When I moved in, part of the "deal" for my place was that my pet deposit was waived. The new management now says I have to pay $400!!!! because I am "signing a new lease". What the hell????

I saw that they were trying to evict you, dec2g... stand strong! And if you do have to leave, can you keep the website going? Obviously the residents here need a voice since it falls on deaf ears in the office!

Thanks so much,
I would sign my name... but i am afraid of their legal action... I can't afford to move right now.

THE KIDS

I moved into centenial a few months ago, i enjoyed the peaceful surrounds and my neighbors were really nice. They even help me carry my couch. The only scare that i had was when i was running around with my dog in the back tennis court that a group of kids (14-15)came up to play kickball. no big deal right. i was sitting on the bench watch and a kid lifted his jeans from the bench and what was under it...a gun. What parent allows a 15 year to walk around with a gun...especailly in a community like centenial. Yea there might be rodents and bad parking jobs...but violence...no comments on that.
i was shocked and i asked him why he had it and he said in his county he needed it for protection.
Just think about whats important...rats in walls or kids running around with guns. (oops i didnt know it was loaded)

THANKS TO YOU ALL!! CENTENNIALRIDGEAPT.COM HAD 26,966 HITS FOR THE MONTH OF DECEMBER!!!! AND IS RANKED #1 BY GOOGLE!!!

I wanted to thank everyone out there that has been following the issues here at Centennial Ridge Resident's Corner. Good news as far as the website is concerned, we had a total of 26,966 hits for the month of December alone. This is great for a site that does no advertising and sells no products. As an added bonus Google search rankings have centennialridgeapt.com ranked 1st and 2nd positions on their search engine, this is better than most websites that have been on the web for years. I also want to thank Q-100 Radio station who ran a special on our site.... Thanks to you all!!!

After I caught a rat in my apartment, and reported it to the leasing office THEY SUE ME. All I am doing is trying to rid my apartment of rats. Of course they don't want the general public to know that such a HUGE apartment (664 units) can be INFESTED WITH RATS. After posting the images of the RAT in the trap, that they provided, I received this letter and they gave me back my rent check for December:

Don't you gotta love it, if they would channel some of that energy and money that they are using to sue me, and use it to RID THEIR PROPERTY OF RATS. It is a shame that instead of them fixing the problem that they try and cover it up. Worthing has removed this property from their website in attempt to not tarnish their name..........

AND THIS IS HOW THEY FIX THE PROBLEM

So they come out to my house to plug the hole behind the oven for the 3rd time. This time they use a new approach (I guess sheetrock is getting exspensive) some type of chicken wire.

If you look hard you can see rat droppings on the floor.

THE RATS ARE BACK AND ON THE ATTACK!!!!!

We were just watching Nip Tuck and heard a loud pop. So my girlfriend walked into my laundry room where the noise came from to find a dead rat trapped by his head in a rat trap that the office placed there. This getting out of hand they still have not came and finished the job under the sink in the pictures. AGAIN I ASK YOU DO YOU REALLY WANT TO LIVE HERE????

They wonder why we have rats look at the property, the only part of the property that gets attention is the front where the office is and where the model apartment is.
